Our Commitment to Fast Delivery

At CartVibe, we understand that you want your order as quickly as possible. We work hard to ensure every order is processed and dispatched promptly so you can enjoy your new pieces without delay.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.


Order Tracking

 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at every stage. You can also visit our Order Tracking page on the website at any time to check the status of your order.


Delivery Issues

 If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our support team via our Contact page Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (CET) and we will investigate immediately.


Incorrect Delivery Address

 Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. CartVibe cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately via our Contact page and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.


Lost or Stolen Packages

CartVibe is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local delivery service first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
